I am writing to express my frustration regarding an order I placed for a waistcoat. Unfortunately, I encountered a size issue and attempted to exchange it online through your website, but it did not work. I have also tried to contact your customer service multiple times over the past week via WhatsApp and your phone number, as well as through email, but I have received no response.
As a result, the waistcoat is now useless to me, and I find this level of service completely unacceptable. It is quite ridiculous that I cannot get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue.
Such a waste of money going to cancel wedding order now.
Product was missing the green beads on one of the sleeves which was disappointing. Other than that, nice dress and material.
The suit is lovely and very good value but there are these silver foil embellishments that I had to manually remove as I thought they make the outfit looks cheap.
